Mike is a senior commercial and contracts professional with more than 14 years of experience across infrastructure, energy, transport, construction and project finance.
His experience spans both contractor-side and client-side environments and includes regional commercial leadership, contract negotiation, procurement, commercial risk, claims, variations, EOTs, forecasting, project controls, governance and stakeholder management.
His approach combines contractual discipline, commercial judgement and financial understanding with practical project-delivery experience.
